This project involved the complete documentation of an existing single-family house being proposed for use as a daycare facility. My responsibilities included on-site measurements of the entire property and the preparation of detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
The scope of work covered:
Site Plan: Accurate representation of the property boundaries, building footprint, and surrounding context.
Floor Plans: Comprehensive basement and main floor layouts reflecting current conditions and intended functional use.
Elevations: Precise exterior elevation drawings capturing the architectural character and dimensions of all sides of the building.
The final deliverables provided the client with clear, professional 2D drawings suitable for planning, design review, and future permitting needs.
