Po Co Coach House

I designed a new detached garage with an accessible coach house above for an existing residential property in Port Coquitlam, BC. The project was carefully planned to complement the architectural character of the main house while meeting local zoning requirements and the BC Building Code.

I was responsible for the architectural design, space planning, 3D modelling, and the preparation of the complete permit drawing package in Revit for my client. This project reflects my approach to creating practical, code-compliant residential designs that are both functional and thoughtfully integrated with the existing property.
